Information on your device

FeiPack stores the trips, travelers, bags, packing items, checklist status, preferences and custom templates you create locally on your device. No account is required. The app has no developer-operated server, advertising, analytics or tracking SDK, and does not transmit your packing data to us.

Sharing you choose

When you choose to share a packing list, FeiPack supplies plain text to the iOS share sheet. The receiving app or service may store or transmit that text according to its own privacy practices. Review the text and destination before sharing.

Device backups

Standard device or iCloud backups may include app data, depending on your Apple and device settings. Apple handles those backups under its own terms and privacy policy. FeiPack does not provide an account-based cloud sync service.

Support correspondence

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use it to respond to your request and troubleshoot the issue. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or complete packing lists unless necessary. Email is processed by the email providers involved; it is not part of the app's offline storage.

Retention and deletion

You can delete trips and custom templates in the app. Removing the app removes its local app data; copies in device backups or receiving apps may remain under their respective settings. Contact us about deleting support correspondence, subject to any necessary recordkeeping.
