FeiFact Support & FAQ

What is FeiFact?

FeiFact is an offline food-pairing reference and food-safety education app. Browse supported pairing claims, handling hazards, specific drug–food interactions and population topics. Read the explanation, conditions, dated references and source links, or share a locally generated evidence card.

Understanding the labels

What if a combination is missing?

The app explicitly says the combination is not included. Missing data is neither proof of safety nor proof of harm; the app does not generate a health conclusion for an unknown combination.

Can I use it for medical decisions?

No. This is general education, with no diagnosis, treatment, dose calculator or personalized diet plan. Ask a doctor or pharmacist about illness, allergies, pregnancy or medication. Do not stop medicine or change treatment based on the app.

Sources and updates

Each entry has source links and a verification date. Bundled content updates with app releases and is not a real-time database. Source websites may change; consult the original or email corrections.

Network, history and sharing

Core lookup works offline. Tapping a source, privacy or support link opens your system browser; the destination website processes that visit. Up to 10 recently viewed entries stay on your device and can be cleared in Settings. Share cards are generated locally and sent only to a destination you choose in the system share sheet. The developer does not receive your lookup history.

Languages and pricing

The app interface and content are Simplified Chinese only. A one-time paid download includes all current features, with no subscriptions or additional in-app purchases. The US base price is US$0.99; the App Store automatically converts prices for other regions. Check the local price shown in your storefront before purchasing. No account, ads or tracking. See the Privacy Policy.
