What is FeiMood?

FeiMood is a personal mood journal built around on-device storage, helping you choose and record how you feel. FeiMood is for personal reflection and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment:

• 12 common states, organized into four quadrants by energy and pleasantness, each with a definition and real-life examples.
• Two-step logging: tap +, pick a state, optionally add a short note (up to 16 characters), then tap “Log This Moment”.
• Timeline: entries grouped by day, optionally with the city and weather at the time of logging.
• Privacy-friendly: no accounts, no ads, no tracking — everything stays on your device.

FAQ

1. How do I delete an entry?

On the Timeline, find the entry, swipe left, and tap Delete. Deletion cannot be undone.

2. Why does FeiMood ask for location?

Only at the moment you log a mood, so we can attach your current city and weather (weather data provided by Apple Weather). Location is never uploaded to a developer server and is never shared by us. See our Privacy Policy.

3. Can I use the App if I deny location?

Yes. All core features (logging, timeline, the state dictionary) still work. Entries simply will not show city or weather. You can turn location back on later in Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services.

4. Are my records uploaded to the cloud? What if I change phones?

No upload. Everything stays on this device (the developer runs no servers). This version does not offer cloud sync or migration. Uninstalling the App deletes all records.

5. Why is city or weather sometimes missing?

City and weather need both network and location. If the network is poor, location is denied, or the weather service is unavailable, the App skips those fields silently and still saves the entry.

6. How do I turn on Dark Mode?

Settings → Appearance → Dark Mode. The App does not follow the system appearance; you control it manually.

7. Which iOS versions does FeiMood support?

iPhones running iOS 17.0 or later.

8. Is FeiMood free?

FeiMood is a one-time paid download. Check the App Store in your region for the current price. All features are available after installation, with no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or ads.
