FeiQuery is an independent guide for people living or working in Beijing. It organizes official channels, steps and alternatives for five topics: social insurance, housing provident funds, individual income tax, personal credit reports and certificates of no criminal record. Recommended channels depend on the topic; WeChat is not the first choice for every service.
FeiQuery is not a government app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the agencies or services listed. It does not retrieve personal records, process applications or receive external enquiry results.
1. Can FeiQuery retrieve my records directly?
No. FeiQuery tells you where to go and which steps to follow. You must check your social insurance contributions, housing-fund accounts, income and tax records, credit reports or certificate applications yourself in the relevant official service, subject to its identity, account and eligibility requirements.
2. Do I need internet access or an account?
The bundled guide can be read offline, and FeiQuery has no accounts or sign-in. Opening an external app, website or telephone service still requires the relevant network, device and service conditions. External operators provide their own identity verification, accounts and privacy policies.
3. Does FeiQuery collect information about me?
FeiQuery does not collect or upload personal records, device identifiers or usage activity. It has no developer backend, ads, analytics, tracking or third-party SDKs. Your dark-mode preference is saved locally. Channel names, website addresses or phone numbers you choose to copy are written to the system clipboard for manual use. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
4. What do the action buttons do?
- “Copy & Open WeChat” copies the channel name and attempts to open WeChat. You still need to find the official account or mini program yourself.
- App buttons open the relevant App Store product page or a supported external app. If an external app cannot open, FeiQuery may try its App Store fallback.
- Website buttons open a public address in the default browser.
- Telephone buttons invoke the system phone flow for you to confirm and continue.
FeiQuery does not record your actions in external services, call duration or enquiry results.
5. What if a channel cannot open?
The App shows a recovery message and lets you copy the name, address or number. You can continue manually in the relevant app, browser or phone, or expand “Other Ways” on the same page. If the external service is unavailable or you do not meet its requirements, follow that service's instructions.
6. Why does the credit-report page warn about impersonation?
Personal credit reports involve sensitive information. Check the channel's identity and follow the latest instructions from the Credit Reference Center or authorized provider. FeiQuery lists routes through UnionPay, the Credit Reference Center website, authorized banks and in-person service points. It does not supply reports, credit scores or credit-repair services.
7. What if information is outdated or the steps differ?
Topic source notes show content dates. Channel information is maintained through App updates and is not synchronized in real time. If an official interface, entry point or process changes, follow the latest official information and let us know by email. This page's update date does not mean every channel was verified on that date.
8. Which languages and appearance options are supported?
The interface supports Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and English, with Dark Mode in Settings. Official channel names and menus are retained in their original form where needed for search; external services may be Chinese-only. Switching between Search and Settings lets you continue reading the current page.
